Due to the personalization and our calendar, we do not accept cancellations after one hour of placing the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible with a picture of the item

Exceptions / non-returnable items
You can only make RETURNS if we make an ERROR in your order or in case the wrong item is sent. Since these are edible products, they can not be resold and, therefore, CAN NOT BE RETURNED simply because you change your mind or want a customization and CAN NOT inform me.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Color variations of any product do not qualify for a refund. Note that the color of the image can be printed slightly differently than the screen on your computer.

The sizes are described in the listings and do not qualify for a refund. If you are not sure of the colors or sizes, please contact us before placing your order, we will be happy to help you.

We do not provide proof before sending orders, but if requested, we will be happy to send you photos or proofs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Once shipped, USPS provides a tracking number for all of our packages, Candy Paper Designs is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed shipments, please contact your local USPS office directly for any inquiries.
