These edible wafer paper are GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE, NUT FREE and DAIRY FREE and 100% Vegan, made from potato starch, vegetable oil and water. All edible paper are made in USA using high quality food edible materials under very strict food manufacturing conditions. Inks are dairy, gluten and nut free. These inks are quality tested on well-defined parameters ensuring high quality and vibrant colors. The following ingredients are NOT used in these products: Wheat, Soy, milk, Eggs, Fish, Shell-fish (crustaceans), Peanuts, and/or Tree nuts. They have a shelf life 12 months if stored in a sealed airtight bag and placed in a dry place, away from direct light. They contain no known allergens.

Wafer paper also known as rice paper, is a starch based material made from potato.

The Surface Qualities is Texturized, Slightly off white and Semi Opaque.
Melds on to: Water based toppings (i.e. Jello, gelatin fruit cakes, etc)
Suggested Uses: cookies, cupcakes, 3D props and toppers

All wafer images come with instructions.
Each topper is shipped and sealed in a plastic zip lock bag to maintain its moisture.

All our edible image  toppers are printed on great tasting high quality wafer paper with high-quality food coloring for vibrant designs. The image is printed on an wafer paper, so the colors may not appear exactly the same or as vibrant as you would expect from a photo picture, which is smooth and glossy because a wafer paper has many uneven duvets in it, please take this into consideration when ordering.

The quality is superior and made in the USA. 100% Edibles, Allergy-Free, Gluten-Free, Kosher and vegetarian. They contain no known allergens.

The wafer paper can last up to a 12 months when stored at room temperature and kept sealed in the plastic zip lock bag they are shipped in. It is recommended they are kept flat in a cool place out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. No refrigeration is necessary!

Due to the personalization and our calendar, we do not accept cancellations after one hour of placing the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible with a picture of the item

Exceptions / non-returnable items
You can only make RETURNS if we make an ERROR in your order or in case the wrong item is sent. Since these are edible products, they can not be resold and, therefore, CAN NOT BE RETURNED simply because you change your mind or want a customization and CAN NOT inform me.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Color variations of any product do not qualify for a refund. Note that the color of the image can be printed slightly differently than the screen on your computer.

The sizes are described in the listings and do not qualify for a refund. If you are not sure of the colors or sizes, please contact us before placing your order, we will be happy to help you.

We do not provide proof before sending orders, but if requested, we will be happy to send you photos or proofs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Once shipped, USPS provides a tracking number for all of our packages, Candy Paper Designs is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed shipments, please contact your local USPS office directly for any inquiries.

The shipping price is calculated at checkout based on weight and zip code.

it arrives to you in Perfect Condition and ready for your party!

All orders will ship within 1-2 days. Please keep in mind I do not have control on delivery. Delivery is done through the post office and it subject to their schedule. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and NOT guaranteed. I cannot be responsible for post office delays and therefore I cannot refund money due to delayed shipping.

Please remember we can NOT control how long the USPS takes sending your package so PLEASE order in enough time. Thank You** We are not responsible for transit/delivery times. The transit/delivery time listed under the shipping info tab is an estimate, and NOT a guarantee. A business day is any day Monday thru Friday. A business day is not Saturday or Sunday or any holidays.

Refunds will not be issued for cake images that do not arrive on time.
