Frosting Sheet, Edible Ink, Sugar Paper

Each frosting sheet is a very thin piece of flavorless icing, white in color with a plastic backing sheet to make it possible to handle.

Main ingredients of frosting sheets are generally derived from tapioca or starches, with added sugar and gums. Frosting sheets are dairy, gluten, nut free, FDA Compliant and Kosher Parve. All edible paper is made in USA using high quality food edible materials under very strict food manufacturing conditions.

These inks are quality tested on well-defined parameters ensuring high quality and vibrant colors.

The following ingredients are NOT used in these products: Wheat, Soy, milk, Eggs, Fish, Shell-fish (crustaceans), Peanuts, and/or Tree nuts.

Frosting Sheets requires moisture to adhere. When using a fondant or other dry icings, you must dampen the surface you are applying the sheet to.
With store bought cakes or buttercream you should apply the image when the frosting is freshly applied, if not they can crust or dry and you must dampen the frosting prior to applying the sheet.

All icing images come with instructions. Simply remove the edible icing art from the clear plastic backing and place on top of freshly iced cake or cupcakes. The sheet only has 1 plastic backing. Once this backing is remove, your topper is ready to apply. After 15 to 25 minutes the edible icing art will blend with the frosting to give your cake a professional look. Each topper is shipped in a plastic zip lock bag.

* Keep your toppers in the bag it arrived in, store at room temperature & out of direct sunlight.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible with a picture of the item

Exceptions / non-returnable items
You can only make RETURNS if we make an ERROR in your order or in case the wrong item is sent. Since these are edible products, they can not be resold and, therefore, CAN NOT BE RETURNED simply because you change your mind or want a customization and CAN NOT inform me.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Color variations of any product do not qualify for a refund. Note that the color of the image can be printed slightly differently than the screen on your computer.

The sizes are described in the listings and do not qualify for a refund. If you are not sure of the colors or sizes, please contact us before placing your order, we will be happy to help you.

We do not provide proof before sending orders, but if requested, we will be happy to send you photos or proofs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Once shipped, USPS provides a tracking number for all of our packages, Candy Paper Designs is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed shipments, please contact your local USPS office directly for any inquiries.

The shipping price is calculated at checkout based on weight and zip code.

All orders will ship within 1-2 days. Please keep in mind I do not have control on delivery. Delivery is done through the post office and it subject to their schedule. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and NOT guaranteed. I cannot be responsible for post office delays and therefore I cannot refund money due to delayed shipping.

Please remember we can NOT control how long the USPS takes sending your package so PLEASE order in enough time. Thank You** We are not responsible for transit/delivery times. The transit/delivery time listed under the shipping info tab is an estimate, and NOT a guarantee. A business day is any day Monday thru Friday. A business day is not Saturday or Sunday or any holidays.

Refunds will not be issued for cake images that do not arrive on time.

The school or university logos utilized in the designs are NOT being sold. They are free and are only being used to personalize your party item. They are for personal use only for a one-time party. They only last a couple hours after putting on a cake and are not meant for memorabilia. All rights and ownership remain with the respective owners. Nothing I offer will be available for resale for any reason.
